Wall Street Endeavors Pick of the Day Flux Power Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLUX)

Flux makes lithium-ion packs for forklifts and airport ground gear, swapping out lead-acid and propane. Based in Vista, California. Its a small shop, with about 70 people onboard. The packs run on LiFePO4, with their own battery software (SkyEMS) sitting on top.
Friday’s close was about $0.64, up 57.4%. Volume hit roughly 167 million shares - WAY above the usual few million. Market cap is only around $14 million. It had already given some of that back in Monday pre-market. Still down hard on the year.
The spike wasn’t a random clean-energy bounce. Solidion tried to buy them on September 30. On October 2 the board said no, calling the bid too cheap. The tape reacted.
What’s underneath: fiscal 2026 sales fell to about $42 million from $66 million, but they cut Q4 operating costs about a third, got certified on Hyster-Yale forklifts, rolled out SkyEMS 3.0, and put about 70 packs into a robotics trial. Still losing money, still thin on cash, still a dilution risk. A rejected bid can reverse just as fast as it popped.
